A simple, quick and fun recipe that is made with very few ingredients and the kids will enjoy as much as the adults anytime of year.
1 - 1 cup almond milk
2 - 2 partially frozen, peeled and chopped bananas
3 - 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh grated ginger (I find ground ginger works almost as well)
4 - 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
5 - 1 teaspoon molasses
6 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Add the liquid ingredients to the blender followed by the chopped bananas. Blend for a minimum 30 seconds or until no lumps are present.
